DO YOU PROVIDE POOL TOWELS?

No; pool towels are only provided to those with cabana reservations.

Yes, Crib is provided by the hotel at additional cost.

DO YOU HAVE ANY ELEVATORS?

Yes—we have 3

2 at each end (hold luggage carts)

HOW FAR AWAY IS THE BEACH?

Hotel is located directly on beach + ocean is about 200ft from start of beach.

ALCOHOL?

Wildwood Crest is a dry town - only place that sells alcohol is Crest Tavern

WHAT TYPE OF COFFEE MAKER IS IN ROOMS?

Standard Mr. Coffee (drip-style)

DO YOU HAVE ANY GRILLS/BBQ BY POOL?

Yes—there are 4.

Propane provided by maintenance department.

Grill utensils available at Front Desk to “check out” for the day.

CAN YOU SMOKE ON PROPERTY OR IN ROOMS?

No—we are a smoke free hotel.

No smoking on property, in rooms, or on balcony! $250 smoking fee will be assessed for anyone in violation of our smoking policy.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

No—only certified service animals with proper documentation.

Needs to be emailed to frontdeskstaff@elcoronado.com prior to stay & guest must. bring physical copies to check-in.

CABANAS?

Ocean Deck lounge cabanas are complementary. Ocean Deck Family Cabanas are $75 per day.

Pool lounge cabanas are $35 per day. Pool Family Cabanas are $75 per day

DO YOU CHARGE A FEE AT CHECK IN FOR PAYING WITH CARD?

No fee charged – can use card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover only) or cash at check-in but no checks allowed.

DAILY ROOM SERVICE?

YES—please be sure to place Room Request Tag (other side of Do Not Disturb Sign) outside of room before 1:00pm to receive service for day.

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO CHECK IN?

25 years or older with ID

HANDICAP PARKING? WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Wheelchairs fit in room doorways, not just bathrooms + no ramp to pool. Handicap parking available – you will hang your placard and our parking permit.

DO YOU PROVIDE CHAIR RENTALS?

We do not, but there are rental spots directly on the beach.

CAN WE PROVIDE A COT/ROLL-AWAY BED?

No: this is against fire code

IS THERE WI-FI.

Yes. Complimentary.

ARE YOU A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL?

No. Service Animals are welcome. A service animal is defined by the state of New Jersey (New Jersey definition) defines service animals as “Any dog individually trained to the requirements of a person with a disability.” It encompasses service dogs for physical, mental, intellectual, developmental, and psychological disabilities, making it much more inclusive than other states. However, this definition excludes emotional support animals, which is typically the case in many other states as well. Service Animal Laws in New Jersey (usserviceanimals.org)

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?

Check-in time after 3:30 PM daily after condo units are cleared by Housekeeping Dept (please present hotel confirmation on arrival).

WHAT TIME IS CHECK OUT?

Check-out must occur BEFORE 10:00 AM. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any occupying guests’ failure to depart your reserved unit.

General Policy

Packages

$150 non-refundable for 2 & 3-night packages, $250 for 4 & 5-night packages). Additional payments made prior to check-in must be mailed to resort address in the form of a check (only FULL payments in the amount of total reservation balance; no partial or incremental payments accepted).

Cancellation:

For reservation cancellations, unit type downgrade, reservation date reductions, or moved reservations occurring three (3) weeks (21 days) OUTSIDE of the reserved arrival date, the initial deposit will be subject to 25% forfeit.

Reservations:

To confirm your reservation, a deposit equal to the cost of the first night's room rate is required, except for unit types H, F, E, EE, and EEE, which require the first 2-night room rate deposit for confirmation.
